COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Base Salary: $285,000–$310,000 annually (based on experience)

• Sign-on Bonus

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $75,000 through National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program (requires 2-year service commitment)

REQUIREMENTS:

• MD or DO degree

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Full medical licensure in New York state

• DEA license
