Emergency Medicine Physician – Florida Keys | 12-Hour Shifts | 1099 | $375K+ Annual

COMPENSATION:

• $210/hour + $5/hour satisfaction bonus

• Approximately $375,000+ annually as a permanent 1099 provider

• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included

SCHEDULE:

• 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am)

• Full-time = 12 shifts per month

• Maximum flexibility for island lifestyle

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver emergency care in a modern, well-equipped healthcare facility

• Manage diverse patient cases with strong procedural skills

• Work collaboratively with skilled Advanced Practice Providers

• Maintain clinical excellence and patient safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience

• Florida Medical License or eligibility

• ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required

• Cerner EMR proficiency (Dragon voice recognition)

• Experience managing diverse patient cases

• Strong procedural skills
