IT INTERN (R2862)

Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Intern to support our information technology operations. This is an internship position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Seattle, San Francisco, or Santa Monica.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users
• Assist with IT infrastructure and systems maintenance
• Help with network administration and setup
• Support IT projects and initiatives
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Document IT processes and procedures
• Learn IT best practices and technologies
• Support IT team with various technical tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac systems
• Basic networking knowledge preferred
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21 – $25/hour
• Internship duration and hours flexible
