What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in your discipline
• Startup experience strongly preferred — comfortable in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment without a polished playbook
• Ability to operate autonomously and own work end to end
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Based in Latin America with the ability to work core U.S. business hours
• Product company background preferred over agency or consulting work that rotates between client projects

Nice to Have

• Experience at a company that scaled through an early growth stage (roughly $1M to $10M ARR)
• Fintech, SaaS, or AI/ML domain experience
• Prior experience as an early or founding technical hire
