Are you a customer-focused professional looking to grow your career? We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative Trainee to join our client's team in Tualatin, OR. You will play a key role in supporting industrial customers by providing top-tier service, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, stock availability, and shipping dates
• Process phone orders, prepare price quotes, and enter sales data accurately
• Fulfill orders to customer specifications and help source industrial products
• Partner with the outside sales team to provide administrative and quote support

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior inside sales or customer service experience
• Strong data entry, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, customer-first mindset
• Bonus: Experience with Profit 21 (P21) software is highly preferred
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to work on-site in an office/warehouse environment and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
