Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Document all customer interactions in the designated system

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace

- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Due to state regulations, we are currently only able to hire remote agents who reside in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin
