About the Role: Full-Stack Engineer in LATAM to join the engineering team and immediately add value across systems, architecture, and infrastructure. The role leans backend (~70%) with full-stack capability for the remaining 30%. Ownership of end-to-end feature work, systems-level responsibilities, and contribution to the engineering culture at a 996 pace.

What You'll Own:

• Build and ship features end-to-end across the product
• Systems work: architecture, infrastructure, deployment
• Backend-heavy work (~70%) with full-stack capability for the remaining 30%
• CI/CD, on-call, production reliability
• Take the load off the 2 existing engineers and immediately contribute to velocity

Requirements:

• 5+ years full-stack engineering experience with strong backend depth
• TypeScript + Python production proficiency
• Backend-leaning (70/30)
• Remote LATAM, US time zone overlap
• 996 grindy culture — willing to operate 9am-9pm, 6 days a week
• English conversational fluency required (accent acceptable)
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and ship fast

Nice-to-Have:

• Systems architecture and infrastructure experience
• Prior YC startup or comparable hypergrowth environment
• Strong on-call and production debugging chops
• Experience joining small teams and immediately adding value
