Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Land Survey Project Manager to lead surveying projects and teams. This role will oversee project execution, client relationships, and technical quality while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop survey staff
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • Arizona Registered Land Surveyor
  • 10+ years of land surveying experience
  • Knowledge of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS)
  • Knowledge of Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards
  • Familiarity with municipal survey requirements and ALTA/NSPS standards
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
