Location: Remote (global; must have hands-on North America market experience)

Reports To: Domestic Market VP, with regular sync-ups to the President

Job Description

  • Lead paid UA creative strategy for all NA products: conception, briefing, and iteration for video ads, playable ads, static assets, and store assets.
  • Build and drive a creative-testing framework: hypothesis-driven A/B testing, performance analysis, iteration loops.
  • Collaborate closely with the UA team, interpret performance data, translate insights into creative direction.
  • Manage and brief the internal creative team and external production partners.
  • Define and maintain each product's brand voice, visual identity, and tone in the NA market.
  • Lead creative development for social content, KOL/influencer marketing, seasonal events, and live ops.
  • Develop GTM creative concepts for new game launches and major content updates.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of creative-related experience in mobile games, including 2-3+ years of creative management/leadership.
  • Portfolio covering both performance-ad (UA) creative and brand/content creative.
  • Deep understanding of North America gamers and sports users.
  • Strong data literacy: able to read UA performance dashboards and let data guide creative decisions.
  • Experience serving/partnering with Chinese game vendors preferred.
  • Able to collaborate remotely and cross-culturally with Asian (China) mid-platform teams.
  • Self-driven, strong project-management instinct, able to run multiple creative workflows simultaneously.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of creative-related experience in mobile games, including 2-3+ years of creative management/director experience.
  • Deep understanding of NA gamer/sports-user preferences and creative tone.
  • Collaborates efficiently, remotely, and cross-culturally with China (Asia) mid-platform teams.
  • Bachelor's degree; English fluency.
  • Hands-on sports-game-related project experience, with the project genuinely covering the North America market.
  • Must be able to provide: intro to sports-game projects and UA/brand creative results achieved in NA; UA creative A/B testing and asset-iteration cases with data results (ROAS, CTR, etc.); cases of KOL, social-media, and version GTM launch creative orchestration; portfolio link covering UA performance ads + brand-content creative.
  • Core threshold: sports-game project experience genuinely covering the NA market (track is locked on sports games); hands-on data-driven creative-iteration experience with closed-loop A/B testing based on ROAS/CPI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • End-to-end creative-orchestration experience in sports-competitive mobile games; experience at vendors such as EA, 2K Games, Zynga, First Touch Games preferred.
  • Has served or partnered with Chinese game vendors/publishers.
  • North America local creative agencies and freelancer networks.
  • Understands UA placement logic; strong creative-to-performance-data closed-loop capability.
  • Able to both set direction and get hands-on.
  • Proficient in Chinese, to facilitate collaboration with the domestic mid-platform team.

Disqualifying Criteria

  • Pure brand creative with no UA/performance-ad creative experience.
  • No sports-game industry background.
  • Unable to use English as a working language.
  • Purely domestic candidates with no North America market experience.
