ENT Physician – Up to $700K + $95K Bonus & $200K Loan Repayment | Otolaryngologist | Blue Creek, OH

Step into a high-income potential ENT role with a strong foundation and significant long-term upside. This hospital-employed position offers a competitive base, bonus incentives, loan repayment support, and a manageable 4.5-day work week. Earn up to $700K first year with up to $200K in loan repayment assistance.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Base Salary: Up to $632K first year (depending on selected pay model)

- Option #1: $510K+ guaranteed for 2 years, with ability to transition to wRVU model when exceeding targets

- Option #2: $632K guaranteed for 1 year, then transition to wRVU production model

• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $95,000 (approximately 15% of salary)

• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $63,000 (10% of salary)

• Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000

• Residency Stipend: Up to $25,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

• Call Pay through CERP program

• Malpractice coverage ($2M/$6M)

SCHEDULE:

• 4.5 days per week:

- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

• On-Call: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

• PTO: 29 days + additional 5 days at higher productivity

CASE MIX & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage mix of clinic and surgical cases

• Nasal endoscopy and laryngoscopy

• Tube insertions and adenoidectomy

• Septoplasty and tonsillectomy

• Micro-laryngoscopy with biopsy

• Perform bread-and-butter ENT procedures

• Maintain patient-centered care standards

• Collaborative team-oriented approach

REQUIREMENTS:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• Eligible for Ohio medical licensure

• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented approach
